When attempting to attach an image file in the VTBE by clicking on the Insert/Edit image icon, an incorrect instruction and HTML code is displayed.

1.Logon as Administrator
2.Navigate to any Course
3.Go to Content
4.Edit an item or create a new Item
5.Click on the Insert/Edit Image Icon in the VTBE
