Description
When submitting a Test that contains manually graded questions such Essay and/or Short Answer questions, the Grade History is showing as "Grade Attempt Nullified" instead of "Attempt Submitted (needs grading)".
Steps to Replicate
Access a Course as an Instructor
Enter a Content Folder > Create a Test with at least one Essay questions
As a Student complete and submit the Test
As the Instructor, go to the Full Grade Center
Click on View Grade Details > Grade History
Expected Behavior:
The Attempt Value will show as "Attempt Submitted (needs grading)"
Observed Behavior:
The Attempt Value shows as "Grade Attempt Nullified"
