When the administrator user is marked as unavailable, the automatic Course Archive scheduled task completes without processing any archive directories and does not report a meaningful error.

Description

Instead of reporting an error indicating that the administrator user is unavailable, the task only logs a warning stating that zero directories were examined.

Steps to Replicate

  2. Mark the Administrator user as unavailable

  3. Run the Automatic Course Archive scheduled task.

Observed Behavior:
The scheduled task completes without processing any archive directories and logs a warning indicating that zero directories were examined.
