Description
The Grade Center Reports are not generating when the "Course Information" checkbox is checked.
Steps to Replicate
Logon Blackboard Learn
Navigate into a Course
Go to Full Grade Center
Select Reports > Create Report
Input a "Report Name" and select Submit
Observe that a report is generated
Close the Report
Go to Full Grade Center
Select Reports > Create Report
Input a "Report Name"
Select the "Course Information" checkbox
Select Submit
Observed Behavior:
The screen appears to load, but then returns to itself
Expected Behavior:
The report is generated successfully
Resolution / Workaround
To generate the report, insure that the "Course Information" checkbox is unchecked.
