When using Ultra enabled environment, Courses selected from the Courses menu or activity feed do not display "Selected Users" and "All Users in Group" lists of Grade Center Reports.

Navigate to Grade Center -&gt; Full Grade Center

Click on "Reports" and then "Create Report"

Notice under "Users" that there are three options: "All Users," "All Users in Group," "Selected Users"

Click on either "All Users in Group" or "Selected Users"

1. Log in to environment with Ultra enabled
2. Select a Course out of the activity feed
3. Navigate to Grade Center -&gt; Full Grade Center
4. Click on "Reports" and then "Create Report"
5. Notice under "Users" that there are three options: "All Users," "All Users in Group," "Selected Users"
6. Click on either "All Users in Group" or "Selected Users"

Observed Behavior: List box appears, but does not populate with Users.
