Log in as administrator

Click on System Admin tab

Click on Enterprise Surveys

Select Create Survey

Create a survey question

Select Create Response Period

Select the Selected Recipient tab

Select the option Select Specific Places

Click Find Organizations

Select 6 available Organizations

Click Save and Continue for the Notify tab

For the Scheduling tab, Send Survey Later and Close Survey should not be selected by default

Select Save and Exit

Click the Chevron next to the Response Period and select Edit Response Period

Select the Select Recipients tab
