Description
A certain CSS property in the "lb-content"
for the "X user(s) selected" pop-up window prevents a scoll bar from being displayed and rendering the end-user incapable of removing unwanted Users from the recipient list.
Steps to Replicate
Access Blackboard as an Admin
Navigate to Admin Panel > Enterprise Surveys
Create an arbitrary Enterprise Survey > Create an arbitrary Response Period
Select Recipients (tab) > Add ca. 30 - 50 Users
Select the "X user(s) selected" link
Expected Behavior:
Able to scroll and remove Users
Observed Behavior:
Can not scroll to remove the Users
