Embedded Content in Original Courses is not Being Scaled Properly on Mobile Devices or Low Resolution Devices

Description

When an LTI content is embedded (or a YouTube video by pasting the embed code available in the YouTube page on the code view of the text field), the video is not properly scaled on original when the user is working on low resolution devices or a mobile device (through either the web browser available on that device or through our Mobile App).

Steps to Replicate

  1. Log into Blackboard Learn with Original Course View as an administrator

  2. Access any system with an LTI tool available that can embed items through deep link (Our testing tool can be used for this too).

  3. Create and access an Original course

  4. Create a new item or page by going to Build Content > Item/Blank page

  5. Add a title to the item/page and on the text field, click on the plus button (+) > Content Market

  6. Open the deep linking placement and add an item as an embed

  7. Save the document and open the Student Preview (make the item visible to students if it's hidden).

  8. Open the browser developer tools and click on the 'Toggle device toolbar' to open the mobile view

  9. Select a specific device or select responsive and start changing the size of the screen

Observed Behavior:
Embedded content overflows and gets cut/hides on the portions of the screen not visible.
Expected Behavior:
Content scales properly (as in Ultra) to accommodate for the content.
