Description
While using the drag and drop feature of the Course Calendar tool, the due time of the Assignment changes from 11:59 PM to 11:00 PM
Steps to Replicate
Access Blackboard as an Admin
Create a test Course and enroll as the Instructor
Create an Assignment with due time during the 11 PM hour, minute does not matter
Navigate to Course Tools > Course Calendar
Locate the Assignment and drag and drop to another date
Expected Behavior:
The due time is retained at 11:59 PM
Observed Behavior:
The due time changes to 11:00 PM
Resolution / Workaround
Manually adjust date after drag and drop.
