Description
If a User account is disabled it is expected the User not appear in the below areas:
1. Course Roster Tool
2. Grade Center View
However in a SaaS release Ultra Courses are displaying disabled Users in the above areas.
Steps to Replicate
Log on as Administrator
Access System Admin Tab > Users
Create a User
Access System Admin Tab > Courses
Enroll the User as a Student in the Course
Enroll the Admin User as an Instructor in the Course
Access the Course and create an Assignment
Access System Admin Tab > Data Integration > SIS
Set up a Flat File integration using System DSK and "Pipe" for the "Feed File Delimiter"
Run the below feed file as Data Type: Person | Operation: Store
external_person_key|user_id|firstname|lastname|email|institution_role|row_status student|student|studentfirstname|studentlastname|[email protected]|student|disabled
Access the Course and view the Course Roster and Grade Center areas
Observed Behavior:
The disabled User is displayed in the areas
Expected Behavior:
The disabled user should not be displayed in the course Roster or Grade Center areas
