Description
When enabling ULTRA in a SaaS Environment that has a custom theme applied, certain parts of the theme are carried over to ULTRA, causing display issues.
Steps to Replicate
In a SaaS Environment:
Log into Blackboard Learn as a System Administrator
Set a custom Theme
Enable ULTRA
Expected Behavior:
The default ULTRA Theme is displayed correctly everywhere
Observed Behavior:
The default ULTRA Theme is not displayed correctly everywhere
Resolution / Workaround
Apply the default Bb Learn 2016 Theme system-wide, and remove all custom Brands and Themes from the Environment, prior to enabling ULTRA.
