Description
Custom Roles with Grading Privileges did not retain them after move from a Traditional Environment to SaaS.
Steps to Replicate
In a Self or Managed Hosted Learn Environment:
Log into Blackboard Learn as a System Administrator
Create a custom Role with Grading Privileges
Migrate the Environment to SaaS
Check the Privileges of the custom Role
Expected Behavior:
The custom Role still has Grading Privileges
Observed Behavior:
The custom Role does not still have Grading Privileges
Cause
This is an unusual migration issue that is not due to Learn's code.
