Steps to Replicate

  1. Login to Blackboard Learn

  2. Login as Administrator

  3. Choose as User Language Pack the default: English (en_GB)

  4. Go to System Admin Panel

  5. Go to Course/Organization Roles

  6. Check the privileges of (P) - Instructor

Observed Behavior:
Issue #1:

  • There are two privileges labelled the same as:

Course/Organization Control Panel (Tools) > Journals > Create Journal

  • But the following privilege is missing:

Course/Organization Control Panel (Tools) > Journals > Grade Journal

  • Create Journal privilege is mislabeled and ought to be Grade Journal

Issue #2:

  • a few privileges are still labelled as Course/Organization while the expected labeling for en_GB is Course/Organization
