Description
Unable to connect to the Cloud in a SaaS Production Environment. When going to the Cloud Management Module and clicking for more information, the System specifies that a clone was detected and all features are turned off.
Symptoms
This occurs in Environments that, while they are clones, have different URLs than the original Environment. That should prevent this error.
Steps to Replicate
Log into Blackboard Learn as Administrator
Navigate to System Admin > Cloud Connector
Check the Cloud Connection Status
Expected Behavior:
This instance of Blackboard Learn has been successfully connected to the Blackboard cloud.
Observed Behavior:
The Blackboard cloud detected a clone. All cloud features are turned off. Try the connection again or move this Blackboard Learn instance to a non-production environment.
