Child Courses Become Editable if an Administrator Quick Enrolls then Unenrolls

Child Courses become editable if an Admin quick enrolls then unenrolls.

Description

When a System Administrator looks at the content areas of a Course that is a child of another Course, the System Admin sill see no chevrons to the right of any items or folders in any of the Course content areas, and so will be unable to edit or delete any of those items or folders. This can be changed by clicking on Quick Enroll followed by Quick Unenroll, then clicking on any other content area in the Course. From that point forward, all items and folders in all content areas of the Course will have chevrons and will be editable by the System Admin.
