Description
When uploading a File into a Content Item using the Insert File (paperclip) button in the VTBE, the File shows 0 Bytes instead the actual file size.
Steps to Replicate
In a SaaS Environment:
Log into Blackboard Learn as an Instructor
Access any Course
Navigate to any Content Area
Build Content > [Create] Item
In the Text VTBE, click the Insert File (paperclip) button
Click Submit
Expected Behavior:
An accurate size is shown for the file
Observed Behavior:
The file size is shown as 0 bytes
