When an administrator or another user with permission to modify course settings updates a course name from within Ultra Base Navigation (UBN) by navigating to Courses → opening the course → editing the course name, the change is saved successfully but is not immediately reflected in the Courses list upon returning to UBN. The Courses list continues to display the previous course name until the page is manually refreshed, at which point the updated name appears correctly.

Observed Behavior:

The title isn't updated on the course page (unless you refresh).

Expected Behavior:

The title is updated.
