Description
In Ultra view mode, announcements created at the course level are not displayed as a pop-up message when students access the course.
Steps to Replicate
Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
Create and access an Ultra course > Create an Announcement
Create a student user > Enroll this user in the course created in step 2
Log in as the student-created in step 3 > Access the course created in step 2
Observed Behavior:
The pop-up with the announcement is not displayed.
Expected Behavior:
The pop-up with the announcement is displayed.
