Description

When a course that has assignments/tests with Hotspot images gets restored in a new course from the " Restore From Automatic Archives, Browse Content Collection" option, the images created with the Hotspot feature gets broken and never loads

Steps to Replicate

  1. Log into Blackboard Learn as an Administrator

  2. Go to Admin > Courses > Create a new course

  3. In the "Course Content" page create a new assignment/test

  4. In that assignment/test create a question that has a Hotspot image on it

  5. Wait until the automatic archive gets created

  6. Go to the Admin Pannel > Courses > Create a course > Restore

  7. Go to "Restore From Automatic Archives" > Browse Content Collection and select the previous course you created with the Hotspot Image

  8. Go to the restored course and check the assignment/test with the Hotspot Image

Observed Behavior:

The Hotspot image just has a spinning circle and never loads
