Log into Blackboard Learn as an Administrator

Create Ultra course and create an assignment with a points rubric

Enroll two students in the course and have them each login and submit the assignment

As instructor go grade the submissions with the rubric and post the grades

Go to gradebook > gradable items > find the assignment and using "three dots" menu select "Download rubric report"

Select PDF file format and run report, download and open it
