Log in to an environment running the 4000.17.0-rel.7+b4029a7 release as an administrator

Create a new Ultra view Course

Enter the Course as an Instructor or Admin

Begin Creating a new Test

Add a Text Content element and use the attachment (paperclip) button to upload an embedded .docx or .pdf file

In the Edit File Options pop-up, select the "View and Download" option

Create a new 'True/False' question and add the same file with the same options to the question text

Create a new 'Multiple Choice' question and add the same file with the same options to the question text

Create one or two more questions of another type (not of type 'True/False' or 'Multiple Choice')

Make the Test available to Students

Enter Student Preview Mode (or access the course as a student) and start an Attempt for the Test
