Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator

Navigate to Admin panel > Courses > Create and access an Ultra course

Navigate to Question Banks > Manage Banks > Create a new Question Bank

Inside the Question Bank, create two Multiple Choice questions
For Question 1:
- Attach an .mp3 audio file to the question body
- Change the file display name
For Question 2:
- Attach a different .mp3 audio file to the question body

Go to Course Content > Create a new assessment (e.g., "Assessment 1")

Add questions using Add Question Pool (Random Block) and include both questions from step 4

Create a second assessment (e.g., "Assessment 2")

Add questions using Reuse Questions, selecting the same two questions from step 4

Go back to the Question Bank

Edit Question 2 and change the file display name to a new value

Create a new Ultra course

Click on the "…" (More options) menu > Select Copy Items

Copy all content from first course created in step 2, and wait until the copy is complete
