LTI Content Becomes Difficult to Navigate When Browser Is Zoomed to 400 Percent

Description

When accessing LTI content with the browser zoom set to 400 Percent, the iframe is reduced in size, making the content difficult to view, scroll, and interact with.

Steps to Replicate

  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator

  2. Access an Ultra course

  3. Navigate to Books & Course Tools

  4. Select an LTI tool (for example, Turnitin)

  5. Create a new assignment using the LTI tool

  6. Zoom the browser to 400%

  7. Return the browser zoom to 100%

  8. Enter Student Preview

  9. Open the LTI assignment and zoom the browser to 400%

Observed Behavior:

The LTI iframe becomes significantly smaller, leaving a large blank area on the page and only a small portion of the screen available to scroll and interact with the content.

Expected Behavior:

The LTI iframe and its content should remain usable at 400% zoom, allowing users to properly view, scroll, and interact with the content.
