Zoom LTI Usage Count is Showing Inconsistent Values With Actual Use.

Description

When reviewing the LTI Tool Providers, the application 'zoom.us' usage count is not correct. A number of courses have Zoom LTI content available and created, but the usage count remains unchanged.

Steps to Replicate

  1. Log into Blackboard Learn as an administrator

  2. Verify that an application.zoom.us (or equivalent) tool exists in the environment. If not, create a new tool with the application.zoom.us site

  3. In a new or existing Ultra course, go to the Content area and click on the (+) sign

  4. Create the content item as a Teaching Tool with LTI connection

  5. Under the Configuration URL, add the application.zoom.us site > Save

  6. In a new window for the same server, go to LTI Tool Providers and scroll down to your Zoom tool

  7. Check the Usage Count

Observed Behavior:
Usage count remains at its original number if it was an old placement or may show even a value of '0'.
​Expected Behavior:
Usage count should increase by 1.
