Create an Ultra course

Create an instructor and a student user

Enroll them in the course

Set the gradebook to automatic zeros for submissions not turned in by due date

Create an assignment. Or a test that requires grading by the instructor. Make it one attempt with a due date, but allow late submissions

Create an automation (Send non-supportive message)

Select the test and make it under 80% Grade percentage

Customize the message and save

As the student, submit the test after the due date (wait a day)
