Opening Course Messages in high-enrollment courses caused excessive database load by retrieving membership records for all course participants; the fix limits lookups to distinct message senders and filters active memberships only, significantly improving performance.
SAML Test Connection falsely reported Remote User ID match and Log in to Learn failures when the IdP response returned after session loss; the fix uses the SAML provider information from the authentication response instead of the session to ensure accurate validation results.
Opening a SCORM package from a Learning Module triggered the SCORM engine twice, creating duplicate launch attempts and errors; the fix ensures the package launches only once by preventing the launch frame from being remounted during panel initialization.
Admin Notification Settings incorrectly displayed the raw key ns.admin.description.course.fl.fl.avail for Flashcard availability notifications; the fix hides this Activity Stream–only notification from Notification Settings so untranslated keys no longer appear.
The BbAssist icon may not have displayed correctly after upgrading due to invalid legacy icon links, and this issue has been resolved by automatically updating the affected links to restore proper icon display.
