Update to Client Test/Stage Environments (Published Jun 2, 2026):
An updated release of 4000.17.0 (full release number: 4000.17.0-rel.21+971b903) is being applied to Client Test servers on Tuesday, Jun 2, 2026.
We have fixed these issues:
After switching tabs, deleting a newly created conversation showed an “Oops” error because the app was using outdated data; this was fixed by ensuring the system refreshes and uses the latest data, allowing the conversation to delete smoothly without errors.

Update to Client Test/Stage Environments (Published May 26, 2026):
An updated release of 4000.17.0 (full release number:4000.17.0-rel.19+8b95365) is being applied to Client Test servers on Tuesday, May 26, 2026.
We have fixed these issues:
Corrupted questions in imported courses caused a session debug error when instructors opened some student attempts; the fix skips invalid questions during import, so attempts load correctly.
Analytics extracts failed because the analytics service (B2) didn’t start properly due to a startup/config issue; the fix ensures correct initialization, so data extracts run normally.
In some grade export cases, the system was sending the approver’s ID instead of the instructor (submitter) ID, which could lead to incorrect user information in exported grade data. This has now been fixed so that the correct submitter’s ID is included, while the approver is still correctly identified separately in the export output.
