Outdated File References to Forum in 360 View when Running Ally Report

When the running an Ally report on a main template Course, it references 3 instances of a specific file. One of those instances is stored within that master Course's folder, another is stored within the Institution folder, and the last one is stored

Description

When the running an Ally report on a main template Course, it references 3 instances of a specific file. One of those instances is stored within that master Course's folder, another is stored within the Institution folder, and the last one is stored within the folder of another Course. The issue is that the instance of the file from the other Course is being referenced by at least a handful of other Course.

Steps to Replicate

  1. Log in as System Admin

  2. System Admin > Tools and Utilities > Ally Report

  3. Courses > Search for Course

  4. Export Course

  5. Open the downloaded Excel file

Observed Behavior:
There are 3 different instances of the same file with different XID values
​Expected Behavior:
There would be 1 instance of the file
