Description
When a student attempts to submit audio/video feedback as part of a Peer Review, the recording is successfully created, but the upload fails after the student stops the recording.
Steps to Replicate
Log in to Blackboard Learn as an administrator and create an Ultra course.
Create an assignment with Peer Review enabled
Enroll students and complete the required submissions
Log in as a student assigned to review another student's submission
Open the Peer Review
Select the option to record audio/video/screen feedback
Make a recording for some seconds
Observed Behavior:
The recording fails to upload, and the user receives "Upload failed."
HTTP 403 - Access Denied
"Missing capture location permissions"
Expected Behavior:
Students should be able to successfully record and submit audio/video feedback.
