Information

The issue has been known to occur with third-party Building Blocks. There are no reports of this issue occurring with core Learn B2s. This only occurs on SaaS; it does not occur on Self or Managed-Hosting. However, on Self or Managed-Hosting, pushconfig updates can also occasionally cause Building Blocks to be set to Inactive, which is similar.
Since the most frequent job to cause this issue is the Learn Code Upgrade, it is most likely to occur on the date of a release. The Learn SaaS Release Schedule is available on help.blackboard.com.
