Description
When Exporting a Course and importing it as a new Course, Announcements disappear after editing a Course Link. The imported Courses contain errors for Announcements but still show the Announcements and allow you to attempt to create/edit a Course Link. When editing the Course Link and clicking save, the Announcement disappears.
Steps to Replicate
Logon as Administrator
Navigate into a Course
Find an Announcement and click the Chevron to Edit
Add or Change the Course Link
Click Submit
Page redirects to Announcements
Expected Behavior:
Course Link is added to Announcement
