Description
When a test contains a large number of questions and a student starts an attempt, the questions take some time to fully load (text in questions and answers), and the page turns unresponsive.
Steps to Replicate
Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator
Navigate to System Admin > Courses > Create an Ultra Course
Create an assessment with more than 100 questions
Enroll a student and access as such
Go to the course > start a new attempt in the newly created assessment
Observed Behavior:
The system takes time to load the questions fully.
Expected Behavior:
The questions load immediately.
Resolution / Workaround
Select 'Display one question at a time' in the test settings to avoid the page loading the entire test, and load one question at a time only.
