Korean Language Pack uses incorrect variable for 'Automatically Assign percentage

Korean Language Pack displays "undefined% 완료" when using 'Automatically Assign percentage'

Problem Description:

Due to using the wrong variable {count_LOCALIZED} instead of {percent_LOCALIZED} in documents.panel.content.fileAction.percentComplete, for Korean, the Automatically Assign progress percentage will display as undefined% 완료.

The word '완료' means complete, so "undefined percent complete"

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to Blackboard as an Instructor or Administrator

  2. Set the user or system language to Korean

  3. Open an Ultra Course

  4. Navigate to Groups

  5. Select New Group Set > Automatically Assign

  6. Enter the required number of groups

  7. Select Enroll Members

  8. Observe the progress indicator displayed during the enrollment process.

Observed Behavior: The progress indicator displays: undefined% 완료.

Expected Behavior: The progress indicator displays the percentage completed correctly, for example: 20% 완료.
