When students click external links in their courses, the activity is not recorded in the Student Activity Log. As a result, instructors cannot use the Link Access filter to verify whether students accessed those external links.

1) Log in to Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an Admin

2) Go to Admin > Courses > Create an Ultra course

3) Go to the course > Course content > Create > Link > Add a web link and save the changes

4) Enroll as student in the course and log in as a student enrolled in a course

5) Open course -> Accesses the link you created before

6) Now, log back in as an instructor or Admin in the course

7) Go to Analytics -> Course Activity

8) Click on the enrolled student-> Activity Log

9) Choose Event as "Link Access"

Link Access logs not available.

Expected Behavior:

The logs should show for the student who accessed the link.
