Gradebook group submission counter is not updated after deleting groups from an assigned group set

Description

When a group is deleted from a group set that is already assigned to a gradable assessment, the Gradebook submission counter does not update the current number of groups added to that assignment

Steps to Replicate

  1. Log into Blackboard Learn as an Administrator

  2. Create an Ultra course

  3. Enroll 6 users

  4. Open the course and go to groups

  5. Create 3 groups with 2 users each

  6. Create an assignment A and assign the group set

  7. Go to gradebook->Gradable items->assignment A

Note: We can see 0 of 3 submitted (we can see only 1 group in the UI, but it is probably other bug not reported here.)

  1. Go to groups and open the group set

  2. Delete 1 group from the set

  3. Repeat step 6

Observed Behavior:

Gradebook still shows 0 of 3 Submitted.

Expected Behavior:

There are only 2 groups added so, it should say 0 of 2 Submitted
