Description
When a User in an Ultra Environment accesses the Goals tool from the Admin Panel the only Navigation to get out of it is to close the Admin Panel. This does not match the navigation available in the Original experience (tabs), or other tools which show breadcrumb navigation back to previous screens.
Steps to Replicate
Log into the Environment as a System Administrator
Navigate to System Admin > Tools and Utilities > Goals
Expected Behavior:
There would be a link to go back to the System Admin Panel
Observed Behavior:
There are no links to go back to previous pages
