Grade Center Scroll Bar Disappears in Lower Resolution

The Grade Center scroll bar can disappear in lower resolution monitors.

Description

When the monitor's resolution is set to 1024 x 768, the scroll bar in the Grade Center does not display. It simply is removed from view. While this specific resolution is affected, the issue can be replicated in other resolution settings as well.

Steps to Replicate

  1. Set monitor resolution to 1024 x 768

  2. Log into Blackboard as an Instructor

  3. Access any Course and navigate to the Grade Center

  4. Look for the horizontal scroll bar for moving through the columns

Expected Behavior:
Scroll bar is displayed/visible
​Observed Behavior:
Scroll bar is not displayed/visible

Resolution / Workaround

Lowing the zoom percentage of the browser brings the scroll bar back into view.
