Description
The Enterprise Survey report pie chart does not reflect the results correctly. For instance, when the survey is answered only with positive answers, the pie shart is showing negative and neutral answers.
Steps to Replicate
Log into Blackboard Learn as an administrator
Navigate to System Admin > Enterprise Surveys
Create a test Survey with a positive, a negative, and a neutral response option
Send out the test Survey
Log in as a student and access the test Survey (only answer in positive responses)
Log back as an administrator > Select test Survey
Analyze the results for the test Survey response period
Observed Behavior:
The pie chart does not reflect the results correctly. There are percentages for neutral and negative when all responses were positive.
Expected Behavior:
The pie chart matches with the results.
