Description
Discussion Analysis is not loading for all Students, displaying "Pending" instead of the expected information.
Steps to Replicate
In a SaaS Ultra Environment:
Log into Blackboard Learn as a System Administrator
Create an Ultra View Course and Enroll as Instructor
Create several Users and Enroll them as Students
Create a Discussion Board Forum
Log in as each Student and Post to the Forum
For some Users, write the Post in Word and copy/paste into Learn
Log back in as the Instructor
View Discussion Analysis for each Student
Expected Behavior:
Discussion Analysis is fully displayed for each Student
Observed Behavior:
Discussion Analysis says Pending for some of the Students
