Uploading the same LOR to a course multiple times causes only the first one to show up.

Steps to Replicate

  1. Log into Blackboard Learn Ultra Experience as an administrator

  2. Navigate to System Admin > Courses > Create a new course

  3. Click Add Content > Learning Object Repository

  4. Select any LOR doc and click Insert

  5. Repeat and add the same LOR doc again

  6. Click to open each doc

Expected Behaviour:

Both Docs should display the content.

Observed Behaviour:

Only the first doc will display content; the second doc is blank.
