Resizing the window below ≈1238px width makes the admin panel breadcrumbs disappear
Steps to Replicate
Log into Blackboard Learn as an Administrator
Open the System Admin Tab
Select Courses
Resize the browser window to 1237px and below, or enable split-screen mode
Observed Behavior:
When the viewport width drops below 1238px, the user label menu overlaps the header navigation layer. As a result, the Administrator Panel link becomes visually hidden and not clickable, despite still existing in the DOM.
Expected Behavior:
The Administrator Panel navigation element should remain visible and accessible across all supported viewport widths. In compressed layouts, header elements should reflow without overlapping or obscuring navigation items.
Resolution / Workaround
Click the Tools menu in the left navigation, then click Admin again. However, this is not intuitive and may not be obvious to users.
