Discussion questions and responses appear cut off on mobile devices or small browser windows.

Description

When viewing discussion questions and responses on mobile devices or in small browser windows, the content does not properly resize to fit the available screen width. As a result, the content appears cut off.

Steps to Replicate

  1. Log in to Blackboard Learn as an instructor

  2. Open an Ultra course

  3. Navigate to Discussions

  4. Create a new discussion

  5. Add discussion content, including some text and an embedded YouTube video

  6. Click Save

  7. Open the newly created discussion

  8. Resize the browser window to a narrow/mobile width

Observed Behavior:
The discussion content does not properly resize to fit the available screen width.

Expected Behavior:
The discussion content should properly resize to fit the available screen width.
