Plan, Do, Check, Act with Hofstra University (video)

In this webinar, Terri Shapiro, Associate Provost for Accreditation and Outcomes Assessment of Hofstra University, will reflect on Hofstra University’s experience with assessment planning. The format of this presentation will be a guided interview, wherein Dr. Shapiro will discuss each step in the “plan, do, check, act method” in 10-minute increments, with time for an interactive question and answer period between each. Audience members will gain an understanding of Hofstra’s experience developing a plan that focuses on learning and supports the big picture. Dr. Shapiro will also speak to how they engage staff in the process, share data and plans with constituents, and evaluate and improve on assessment efforts.
